Spacious modern style terraced house located in Mascarat (Calpe), facing a cove with crystal clear waters and very close to the Greenwich Marina with restaurants and bars. The accommodation has spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and three large terraces to enjoy meals and dinners outdoors. The house is distributed over two floors + solarium, with three bedrooms and for a total of 6 people (a seventh person would be admitted upon request). It also has a bathroom with shower, a guest toilet, kitchen with appliances, large living room, free private parking and air conditioning (hot/cold). It has optical fiber wifi and international television channels (British, French, Swedish, Norwegian, Russian …), for greater comfort of the guests. The residential complex has a pool with sea views and is in front of a beautiful wild cove, ideal for diving and other water sports. The center of Calpe is only 10 minutes away by car and the one of Altea 15 minutes away.
