Description

Modern style villa just 140 meters from the sea, for sale in Torrevieja, Alicante.

The house was built in 2022 with the best qualities and finishes, but it has not been put up for sale until the spring of 2024. We are talking, therefore, about a new construction villa located very close to the sea, something that is increasingly Hardest to find on the Alicante coast. The area where it is located is one of the most prestigious in Torrevieja, very close to La Mata Beach and in a neighborhood with mostly Scandinavian owners.
