Description

In that case there would be four additional double rooms with their respective en-suite bathrooms.
Crossing a leafy Mediterranean-type patio, you access the secondary building, where we find the hotel’s ninth room, which is the largest (21m2) and also has its own bathroom. There is also a large closed space on two floors with interior carpentry done, which could be converted into a duplex apartment with a lot of privacy.
It has its own water from a nearby spring, only shared with two neighbors. It is connected to the electricity network but the installation of solar panels could be requested. The heating is centralized by gas and it has hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms. Most of the windows are double glazed and equipped with mosquito nets.
